What kind of meals do you offer?
We offer nutritious homestyle meals specifically designed for seniors, including Halal, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian.
How are the meals packaged?
Each meal comes in a 28oz container and includes a 4oz portion-size of protein for a balanced, satisfying meal.
Are your meals Halal?
Several of our meals are prepared with Halal meats. Halal items are clearly indicated on the Order Page.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Keep meals frozen until ready to eat. Simply place the meal in the microwave and enjoy a hot meal in less than 5 minutes.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes, our meals are delivered frozen and can remain frozen for up to 3 months from the preparation date indicated on the lid label.
Delivery
When will my meals be delivered?
We deliver meals every Monday between 12:30 - 2:30 PM and Thursday between 1:30 - 3:30 PM.
Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver within a 30 km radius of our Concord, Ontario kitchen location.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver every Monday from 12:30 - 2:30 PM and Thursday from 1:30 - 3:30 PM.
